Comments and Complaints


We are always happy to hear suggestions that patients may have to improve the services we provide. We do try to give the best possible service but there may be times when you feel this is not happening.
If you have a Complaint about any aspect of the service you have received, please let us know. We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with any complaint. Our complaints system meets National Criteria. We aim to give the highest possible standard of Service and try to deal swiftly with problems that may occur. A copy of the complaints procedure is available from reception on request.

Complaints should be addressed to the Dr. J. Keenan, Senior Partner who will be pleased to speak to you on any matter of concern. It will be of great help if you are as specific as possible about the incident or complaint.
